"I was looking to compare insurance policies that I had thru liberty mutual (16 year with them). The new premiums I got seemed high to me and my wife. I stopped in at State Farm on route 125 in epping nh owned by Chris Chapman. I had the policies in hand so I could compare apples to apples. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady her name is Ashley Percival. She was very friendly and polite. Ashley took the time to get to know me a little and was a pleasure to deal with. She politely answered any questions I had whether silly or not. Once she started punching in the information that she needed to do her job she continued small talk trying to make sure she got all information so she could give me an accurate policy. After a while I was pleased to see that she/ State Farm was going to save us quite a bit of money if we switched. Yes even at liberty mutual our packages were bundled just as Ashley did. She saved us almost $1800 just on our homeowners policy and another $1832 on our auto policies. Yes just over $3600 a year for the exact same coverage. After this I was telling Ashley that we had a business (in home doggie daycare). Which she took an interest in also. She made me feel that she truly cared about us as a client and that we were not just someone who needed insurance. She told me that they do business insurance also but she would have to check to see if they do doggie daycare. This was on a Friday Monday morning she reached out to let me know that they could do it and would I like a quote. I asked her to go ahead and get me a quote. The worse I could do would be say nope don’t like that price. On Monday Ashley emailed me the quote for the business insurance and that was another $600 plus savings a year. So my wife went down and got that policy also. Now State Farm has all of our insurance policies. The amount of money we are saving definitely helped make our decision easy for sure. I mean that is near $4500 a year in our pocket instead of a big companies. Another reason I changed to a local agent is I like to be able to talk to a human face to face if need be. Chris Chapman Has a wonderful person in Ashley that was an absolute pleasure to deal with and has been there every time I have had a question. When I email her she responds within a couple hours. I know I can call and talk to someone who cares about her job and the people she helps. I can’t say enough good things about Ashley and her helpfulness with this. We will definitely refer as many clients as we can to Ashley and State Farm. A lot of our clients like to communicate with people face to face. When you get someone like Ashley helping you instead of a computer prompted helper or on line where you can’t get immediate answers and information it is a no brainer. Ashley is definitely an asset to Chris Chapman and State Farm."
